BOOKING POLICIES & COVID REGULATIONS

INFORMATION FROM THE CLADDAGH RING ABOUT YOUR BOOKING:

​You're all booked in! Please note that during busy periods we operate a sitting policy based on your group size and would respectfully request that you arrive promptly to ensure you take full advantage of your time allocation.  If you are more than 15 minutes late and haven't let us know, we cannot guarantee to hold the table for your booking, and it might be given to waiting guests.

​DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Please let us know if you or any of your guests have any allergies or special dietary requirements. 

  • Please bring this confirmation along when you come and please ensure your guests are aware of the following door policies:

​Please ensure you scan our Track and Trace QR Code on arrival to the venue:

  • ​To allow the sale of alcoholic drinks all guests are required to order a meal if wishing to drink. This is in line with the current government guidelines and by proceeding with your booking you are complying to these rules.

  • All guests will be required by law to wear a mask in the venue when not seated at their table.

  • Last orders for drinks will be at 9.30pm and all guests will be required to leave the venue at 11pm.

  • Due to the current social distancing measures in place, you won’t be able to come into the venue until your table is ready, so please bear this in mind when planning your journey.

  • We ensure that all COVID health & safety measures are in place at all times at The Claddagh Ring, as per Government Guidance. We know you will understand that some things will be different to what you are used to at The Claddagh Ring at the moment, but we endeavour to give you an amazing homely, Irish experience nonetheless, with safety in mind always.

  • An order and pay at table mobile service will be available all day but you are more than welcome to order from our wait staff from your table.

  • Our cancellation period is 48 hours, and we reserved the right to retain any deposit's paid if the booking is cancelled within this time.

  • All deposits will be deducted of the final bill on the day of the booking.

  • We would require the table back after your allocated booking time.

  • Make sure you bring your ID, if you look under 25, we'll want to see it.

  • We know coming to The Claddagh Ring is the best, but don't be "that person", drink responsibly and have fun.

  • We responsibly serve alcohol at all times & continued service will always be at the discretion of the Manager.

  • We reserved the right not to refund Alcohol ordered through our app if you have not followed our Rules & Regulations. 

  • Our dress code is Smart Casual - Dress to Impress.

  • By Booking with us you are confirming that you are following all Government Social Distancing laws.

  • Please ensure all guests are aware that payment is received at the time of ordering.

  • All guests will be required to provide contact details on arrival for the Government Trace and Trace procedure.

  • Entry to the venue is always at the Manger's discretion to ensure the safety of you, the other guests and our staff at all times.

  • We reserve the right to refuse you entry to the venue.

  • Please note that all guests will be subject to a quick infrared temperature check on arrival.
