Bedfordshire FA is delighted to announce that with the launch of our new Business Plan and new 4 year strategy, we are kicking off a ‘Kits for the Community’(italics needed, Shane) scheme. This opportunity offers Clubs the chance to apply for a football kit ready for the new season FREE of charge.

U18, U21 and Adult Football Clubs are in with a chance of bagging a new kit as a result of a very kind donation from Brian & Edwin Stein via The Stein Foundation.
Former players Brian, Edwin and Mark Stein along with other family members set up The Isaiah and Lillian Stein Foundation to create a legacy in memory of their father Isaiah, and mother Lillian, who have both passed away.
It is testament to this drive that Brian, Mark and Edwin became professional footballers and several other family members have successful careers in education and youth work settings.
The aim of the Foundation is to continue those core values of equality and determination and help empower young people in South Africa and the UK, to achieve and aspire to make a difference, and, to promote equality.
The long- term goal of the Foundation is to be able to provide funding for young people to be able to undertake projects with these core values.
All 20 kits include 14 Adult Shirts, Shorts and Socks and are available in a wide variety of colours.
To apply, use no more than 750 words to tell us why you feel your club should receive a free kit from the kind donation of The Stein Foundation.
Please ensure you state your preferred kit colour, detailing the age group benefiting from the kit as well as your best contact information.
The closing date will be Friday 31st July (12 noon) and successful teams will be informed via the contact stated in the application.
